 | Acupuncturist Tom Williams of Eugene, Oregon demonstrates an acupuncture treatment to improve range of motion in the neck and reduce scapular pain. Our thanks to Gail Townsend for agreeing to be a demonstration patient for this video. Severe neck and upper back pain prevented her from participating in the Eugene half marathon.
